The Program Analyst co-op is a role within the Client Programs PMO with a specific focus on internal and client project portfolio management and programs. PMO is our command center for internal and client facing projects. The successful candidate will track the demand that comes into this hub and to ensure key performance indicators are being achieved and driving cadence where applicable and report to the Client Portfolio Manager. Additionally, the role will assist the Client Portfolio Manager with identifying and resolving potential billing gaps, assisting with drafting, and executing of client statements of work (SOW), and managing SOW approval queue. The role will also work closely with PMO team members, Client Project Portfolio teams, and key stakeholders at various levels to identify obstacles and create innovative solutions to any issues related to demand intake, estimation, scheduling, and execution of project delivery that could impact our internal or external/client stakeholders. Analyze data and project information to identify better ways to do business, recommend solutions and present to various levels within and external to the team. Develop and maintain status reports to be delivered to Sr. Management at the enterprise level. Must report on any risks or issues with potential to impact overall delivery timeframes. Provide support to all EPMO employees, develop, and maintain all performance dashboards and prepare various reports to be distributed across multiple levels of organizations. Maintain all work according to EPMO policies and procedures. Manage and recommend required improvements to all project methodologies. Provide support across various departments within the organization, ensure compliance to all policies and procedures. Prepare reporting to identify all health risks, coordinate, and facilitate all follow up actions to drive change across organizations. Assist Client Portfolio Manager in collaborating with finance team to perform all associated activities with client billing reconciliation. Manage effective timesheet and PTO reporting. Collect the necessary information required to draft client facing statements of work, delivery, and tracking for client paid projects or enhancements. Work with project management teams to assist with scheduling meetings, document meeting notes and distribute meeting notes to invitees. Participates in PMO meetings and process improvement activities. Analyze internal tools reporting, identify trends, recommend improvements, and drive service level agreement governance. Track team capacity and forecast, and report on metrics and challenges. Perform other duties as assigned and provide daily ad-hoc support based on priorities Qualifications: US Citizen and currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA degree program in a business or project management, continuous improvement, computer technology, or science related discipline Available to work full-time for up to (12) weeks beginning in May or June of 2022 Must have completed at least (2) years of collegiate study by June of 2022 Knowledge of Project & Portfolio Management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Wrike, Docusign etc) Experience with various Project Management methodologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications(Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Teams) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and reporting skills. Talented multitasker with a keen eye for detail. A well-organized individual with the ability to understand the “big-picture”.
