See Yourself as a VP, Corporate Benefit Sales

The VP Corporate Benefit Sales is responsible for identifying, marketing to, and selling our Corporate Toolkit, which includes valuation, search, titlegenius, hg connect and covered, to medium and large corporations . This person will identify prospects that meet this criterion, and market and sell the toolkit as an additional benefit to the employers' current benefits program. This role plays a key customer-facing part in the sales process, engaging, presenting and closing product solutions to the CHRO of large corporations. This position will collaborate with many levels within homegenius, including our platform team, customer success, innovation and technology teams.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directly engage with senior executives within large corporations to market and sell our corporate toolkit.

  • Generate leads via past relationships or through networking opportunities, including cold-calling.

  • Directly engage with C-Suite prospects, delivering product demos, attending key industry events, and generating a prospective list to sell to.

  • Develop and maintain sales cadences within sales engagement platform to ensure consistent and effective engagement with all prospective customers.

  • Meet and exceed sales and cadence goals.

  • Work with teams within Radian and homegenius to generate and close sales opportunities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Education and Prior Work-Related Experience:

  • Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree

  • Work Experience: 10 or more years of prior work-related experience

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to identify and persuasively present value proposition to senior management, clients, and other constituents.

  • Team player with the ability to build consensus, understand and develop the company's strategic vision.

  • Work across all functional and organizational boundaries.

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Direct corporate and SaaS sales experience

  • Ability to operate successfully in a culture that values collaboration.

  • Ability to interact with all levels of management.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.

  • History of exceeding sales goals.
