Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee owned company, is looking to add a strong, ambitious, dedicated, and self-motivated Senior Acquisition/Contract Analyst to our team. The analyst will perform a variety of roles including:

• Provides acquisition strategy and contract strategy development and analysis during pre-solicitation through contract execution
• Provides guidance on regulatory requirements governed by the FAR/DFAR/DoD Directive 5000 series
• Develops government Contract Requirement Packages for multiple contract types: service, R&D, IDIQ, cost type contracts, firm fixed price contracts and incentive type contracts
• Analyzes contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies and business unit procedure
• Supports the development and/or review of acquisition and program management

documentation, briefings and white papers

• Assists with the development of Statements of Work/ Performance Work Statements, CDRLs, source selection plans, determinations and findings, justifications and approvals (J&A), bona fide need, and other contract related documentation
• Provides review and comment on contractor technical evaluations and/or independent government cost estimates
• Assists with the establishment of long range procurement objectives for requirements to be executed each fiscal year
• Must possess strong communication and analytical skills, be a self-starter, and be detail-oriented
• Utilize independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload in a high-optempo work environment serving multiple stakeholders
• Participates in definition of assignments, including identification of work to be done and deadlines for completion; plans and organizes the work; interprets regulations; applies new methods; and coordinates with others as necessary. Completed work is generally reviewed by the supervisor for compatibility with goals and for effectiveness in meeting objectives
• TDY up to 10%

Desired Qualifications

• DoD Acquisition Workforce Certification Level III in Contracting
• Previous experience with Other Transactional Authority (OTA) Contracts is preferred
• Previous experience with the USG Paperless Contract File is preferred
• Previous experience in R&D and/or test community is preferred
• Previous experience with the Army Contracting Command is preferred
