Job Summary:
The Production Engineer will provide a professional experience in multiple contextual levels of audio, broadcast video, lighting production and coordination to all aspects which will enable the production team to move further and faster into the next season God is moving Radiant Church.

- Support the works of the ministry of Radiant Church
- Beliefs consistent with Radiant Church’s Statement of Faith
- Willing to become, if not already, a member of Radiant Church within 6 months of employment
- Demonstrate a commitment to handling conflict Biblically, following principles in Matthew 18
Duties/Responsibilities:
All of these responsibilities fall within and are all encompassing of services and events in all Radiant Locations and Production supported rooms (Main Sanctuary, Student Center, Prayer Room, and Auxiliary rooms):
- Work with the scheduled Weekend Services Production team in the Main Sanctuary with the goal of excellence and consistency
- Work with the scheduled Broadcast Prayer Production team in the Prayer Room with the goal of
excellency and consistency
- Operate and maintain all production equipment, including repairs, cleaning, software
updates, and proper non-use storage
- Responsible for troubleshooting and handling of problems and failures of production equipment
- Set up and tear down of production equipment for all services and events
- Assist Production Director in planning, designing, and execution of large scale Production events and services
- Assist in Audio/Video capture with the intent of distribution to broadcast, in house systems, and reference recording
- Assist in design, installation, and removal of all future system installs
- Assist in research and acquisition of new technology and the sale of antiquated and outdated equipment
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in audio mixing and engineering
- Experience in lighting programing and engineering
- Experience in video programing and engineering
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Able to adapt under pressure and to quickly and creatively handle problems as they arise with a positive attitude
- Self starter who takes initiative
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in meeting task deadlines and project timeline requirements
- Attention to detail with an eye for excellence
- Respond in a timely manner (within 24 hours) to all ministry related inquiries
- Able to delegate tasks
- Mac OS experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license required
Education and Experience:
- Associates degree or higher
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to remain standing/sitting for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend and twist at the waist
