What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse/Forklift Operator position at Radiant company?
Pay Rate is $ 22.26/hr
Night Shift Monday to Thursday 4:00p – 3:00a.
Will operate a forklift: Yes.
This position will assist with manual processes, ie. rolling drums, turning valves, using hoses.
Primary job duties include, but not limited to setting up production floor with drum and tote containers, applying identification labels to container units prior to being filled with product, pulling raw materials, or finished goods for blend operators, forklift operation to transport finished goods to stock yard for shipping, and loading/unloading drum trucks as needed.
Hand Unloading of full tractor trailers of Metal 55 Gallon drums is required.

Steel Toe Shoes Required
Fire Retardant Clothing (Long Sleeves Down always) Required
Hard Hat, Safety Shield, Goggles, and Eye Protection – Required, Zero Tolerance for Safety violations.
The work environment is outdoors 99% of the time or in an open wall building with very limited protection from the weather and Rain Gear Provided.
The job is labor intensive and outside in all weather conditions.
We are looking for responsible individuals that can show up on time and have a desire to work.
Basic forklift experience is essential, and training / certification will be provided. Training for everything else will be provided.
This person will be required to learn and work in all positions of the organization, Forklift, Containerization, Chemical Line Break, Blending, Bulk Truck loading and unloading etc.
We will provide mandatory Online Learning within our Baker Hughes Online modules.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
*Associates Degree a plus but not required
*Someone who has work 12-hour shifts is preferred
- Previous Chemical experience/knowledge preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively.
- Forklift experience nice to have
- Knowledge of all safety policies and procedures.
