Position: Data Lead
Duration: 20 Months [ 35 – 40 hours per week is estimated.]
Place of Performance : Onsite - Montpelier, VT.
Education
- Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Engineering, Education, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Science, Management, Finance
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Architect, or similar role, including experience in both the fields of data design/implementation and data use/analysis.
- Must be self-sufficient and provide thought leadership across data capabilities.
- Expert knowledge of data ingestion, modeling, mastery, management, and governance techniques.
- Proven experience in leading data governance work.
- Proven experience in the use of Data Quality tools, and in documenting, prioritizing and resolving data quality-related issues.
- Proven experience implementing MDM solutions.
- Proven experience in the development of data models, ideally in the Medicaid or another healthcare domain.
- Proven experience navigating large and complex projects with multiple stakeholders and project teams
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience preparing executive-level presentation materials
Certifications:
- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
- Master Data Management Certification (MDM)
- Certified in Data Protection (CDP)
- Certified Public Sector Data Governance Professional (PSDGP)
- Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
- AWS Certified Data Analytics Specialty
