Development Lead:
Deliver Innovative technology solutions to complex problems with client-centric approach
Improve current capabilities, process and resources
Innovation in Product development and service delivery
Operational Excellence in development and deployment processes.
Support Recruitment activities with resume reviews and interviews
Employee Engagement; Train and mentor junior staff
Emerging product & Technology research
Project performance repository setup and maintenance
Provide technical leadership and design/coding guidance to the development team.
Perform code reviews, ensure quality, timely deliveries & responsiveness of the app.
Experience in Agile/ SCRUM web development process.
Experience working in building Enterprise Microservices, and API's
Have solid debugging abilities to identify bottlenecks in the entire product flow
