Must- Haves (Hard Skills)
· Understand the fundamentals of IP Routing
o Understand what happens in detail from point A to point B in networking and able to explain it
· Good with at least one other protocol knowledge
· Supporting MPLS, BGP (Experience from Tmobile, Lumen, Verizon)
Nice-To- Haves (Hard Skills)
· Large Fortune 500 experience
· VPN experience
· Experience with analysis and capacity planning and network architecture for large distributed communications systems
Degree/Certification Preferences
CCNP
Experience configuring MPLS, ISIS, QoS, BGP, VPLS, AS prepending, route policies, and in-depth BGP troubleshooting and configuring (Route-leaking, BGP attributes (local preference and community’s))

Job Description:
Client is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will support a large nationwide customer. This individual will be a key member of the Network Operations Control Center (NOCC), and they will closely support the geographically dispersed network and team located throughout North America. The CSR will be responsible for handling Inbound and Outbound Calls, Email, and an Incident Management Queue in support of a mission-critical program. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be detail oriented and be able to remain calm during urgent and sometimes stressful situations.
