Dylesia, CEO of Radical Change Therapy (RCT) and the International Mother-Daughter Trauma Recovery Institute (IMDTRI) is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide hybrid administrative support.

The ideal individual will be an extremely organized self-starter with good judgement, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

The Executive Assistant must be a strong advocate for the vision of our CEO and mission of our brands, which includes operating and developing more group mental health practice locations and continuing to build Dylesia's career as a mother-daughter trauma recovery expert by publishing mental health educational content and curating life-changing events.

Executive Support

  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for Dylesia, including managing an active calendar; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings.
  • Plans, coordinates and ensures Dylesia's schedule is followed and respected, creating win-win situations for direct access to her time.
  • Communicates directly, and on behalf of Dylesia, with team, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to Dylesia, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Works closely and effectively with Dylesia to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Acts as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping Dylesia updated.
  • Serves as project manager on strategic initiatives and projects, as directed by Dylesia, in support of the mission of RCT and IMDTRI and related initiatives.

Operations and Outreach

  • Manages and organizes corporate files using Google Drive, DocuSign, GMail, and other information storage methods.
  • Utilizes office and organizational productivity tools and systems, such as Google Sheets, ClickUp, Monday, etc.
  • Serves a key role in initiatives to increase team efficiency and increase the organizations capacity to support clients.
  • Manages the company’s online brand and presence.
  • Helps process payroll and other invoices and reconcile with the agency's accounting system (as needed).
  • Oversees the development of grants, sponsorship agreements, etc. and works to establish new programs and initiatives.

Clinical and Team Support and Liaison

  • Serves as Dylesia's administrative liaison to clients and team, scheduling and attending all meetings and sessions, assisting in the coordination of the agenda, taking notes, and providing recap of action items.
  • Maintains discretion and confidentiality in relationships with everyone.
  • Adheres to applicable processes, including advance distribution of materials before meetings in electronic/paper format, etc.

As seen in O, the Oprah Magazine and on media platforms such as PopSugar and CBS TV, Dylesia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and mother-daughter trauma recovery expert. She specializes in helping generational curse-breaking women thrive after painful relationships with their moms, including teaching them to support their daughters mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, so that cycles of dysfunction don't get passed down. Dylesia is CEO of Radical Change Therapy, the nation's first multi-state group mental health practice specializing in intergenerational interpersonal trauma issues. In addition to leading the organization as Founder & Director of Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual Care, she heads its trailblazing company, the International Mother-Daughter Trauma Recovery Institute.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
