Position Summary:
The Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting functional and non-functional business requirements, creating test plans, and leading user testing sessions to implement enhancements across the organization or improve cross-functional business processes. You will play a crucial role helping the organization gather data and analyze business processes to make informed decisions to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

As a Business Analyst, you will:
Advanced eliciting business requirement skills to produce project documents that align with the business objectives.
Consistently collaborate, communicate, and listen to our business partner's systematic changes to increase efficiency and quality.
Conduct business process discovery sessions and create systems and process maps to support the project.
Understand and evaluate business processes, including defining, developing, and documenting business use cases and requirements.
Perform gap and root cause analyses to recommend enhancements that improve productivity for current systems and business processes.
Recommend and create business process improvements that satisfy corporate goals and business needs.
Develop project plans and monitor progress on deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines.
Partner with the developer, when applicable, to write technical development requirements.
Perform regression, unit, and system software testing per test plans.
Assist in assembling test team members from functional areas for user acceptance testing.
Develop and lead testing plans and training for applications and new business processes.
Communicate issues, solutions, and plans to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, developers, and team members.
Be the subject matter expert for developed applications and business processes.
Provide primary support for Business Systems Applications.
Oversee all stages of projects, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and warranty.
Monitor and evaluate the project progress at each stage of the process.
Ability to identify and document change requests and escalate appropriately.
Must have good time management skills and be able to multi-task.
