To competently* and professionally* create, manage, and execute special events associated with the radio station. Assist the Promotions Director in all aspects of promotions.

Administration
Collaborate with Sales, Programming and Marketing Departments when planning promotional appearances for clients and station events.
Coordinate Promotion Assistants schedule and logistics for all events for clients and station.
Assist in developing promotional ideas and processes required to execute ideas.
Manage on-site expectations at all events with regards to setup, photos, videos and giveaways.
Provide recap for all events (photos, videos) to the Marketing Director and Account Executive.
Manage inventory of promotional items to ensure department is equipped with what is needed to fully execute a promotion.
Assist in facilitating promotion meetings.
Possess an advanced level of social media, computer, writing and communication skills.
Must maintain a validate drivers license at all times.
