For almost 80 years, Radix Wire & Cable, LLC, has been the leader in high-temperature wire and cable. We create innovative, high-temperature wire and cable products for the appliance, steel, chemical plant, aerospace, and commercial construction markets to satisfy their most technically challenging problems
Job Summary: Lead sales activities of existing and new business development within designated markets to meet planned company sales and profit growth consistent with our strategic initiatives.
This role will have a significant focus on new market development in the Aerospace, Defense, and Automotive space.
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical solutions.
Generate market penetration opportunities to ensure key decision makers are familiar with product offerings and increase exposure with end-users.
Interpret specific customer requirements by collecting information and analyzing needs against technical product specifications.

Technical aptitude and ability to communicate product specifications internally and externally
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Travel: up to 50%
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering or related field OR
At least 10 years of related experience required
Experience selling into the Commercial Aero Engine or Defense markets. (preferred)
Experience in wire and cable business (preferred)
Must have valid Driver’s License
