You Will:
- Coordinate follow up for additional prostate imaging/procedures
- Answer incoming phone calls of patients and referring MD’s to schedule Tulsa procedures including all pre-operative procedures.
- Obtain screening information and medical history of patients scheduled for Tulsa procedures, and proper insurance and patient information, collects signatures and ensures accuracy and completion of necessary documentation.
- Contact referring MD to obtain referral/ authorization prior to appointment date.
- Inform technologist and radiologist of special circumstances or accommodations needed for Tulsa procedures such as a patient who is extremely anxious or a patient taking blood thinners.
- Collect and log all payments and fees associated with the Tulsa procedures.
- Assist radiologist with providing patients appropriate orientation for Tulsa procedure preparatory and safety protocols.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:
- Must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3-5 years of related imaging experience preferred.
- Possesses and utilizes excellent customer service skills, strong public relations skills, and exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized, possess clerical skills, and have the ability to interact effectively with doctors, referring doctors and staff, patients, vendors, peers, and management.
Pay Range
USD $19.00 - USD $21.00 /per hour
