Quality Control Scheduling Specialist

Shift: Monday thru Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm.

Career opportunity available for a Quality Control Specialist with our QC team. The position location will be based in Tulsa, OK. While working closely with management, and with guidance from the Quality Control Supervisor, you will help in the development and operation of a quality control program to improve our patient's scheduling experiences.

As a Scheduling QC Specialist you will:

• Evaluate scheduling calls to ensure calls are being handled with excellent customer care.
• Recognize and identify any quality control issues in workflow and notify/handle/advise appropriately.
• Collaborate with management and the trainer in the planning, development, and coordination of educational and training programs for process improvement and quality control initiatives.
• Generate and/or assist in the development of various statistical analysis reports regarding performance against quality indicators.
• Participate in various projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Pay range is $17.50 - $18.50 hourly

We are seeking a knowledgeable and analytical candidate with:

• 9 months of radiology scheduling work experience or 1 year of experience in radiology services.
• Bilingual language skills (is a plus but not required)
• Proficient in scheduling CT, MR, US, MA, DX, NM, Biopsies, Procedures and more
• Proficient computer skills (data entry, analytics and Microsoft Office Excel and Word)
• Medical terminology knowledge and working knowledge of insurances (PPO's, HMO's and state funded insurances)
• Ability to work well independently and with a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and passion for patient care.
• Clear and effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to details, reliability and adaptability.
• Ability to make evaluative and objective judgments based on collected information
• Ability to provide non-subjective positive and constructive feedback
• High School Diploma
