The QC Receiving Inspector is responsible for thoroughly inspecting and testing unit cooler heaters, compressors, pumps, pressure vessels, raw materials, and any other equipment or material identified as needed to be inspected by QC management.

Education: A high school level of education is mandatory for this position in order to continue upward advancement in the company. The employee must be able to understand directions from supervisors and managers, as well as give out precise and accurate information to all departments.
Experience: at least 2 years in manufacturing
Skills: Ability to use Microsoft productivity software. Self-motivated. Effective oral and written communication skills. Mechanical & technical aptitude. Alertness & precision working with tools. Basic computer & math skills are required. Ability to communicate in a diplomatic and positive manner at all levels of understanding (entry-level to engineering).
Certificates, licenses or training: High School Diploma or better.
Answers to QC/QA Supervisor. In constant communication with other departments, primarily in the final assembly/RAE South areas and engineering. It is essential that the employee is able to work with all employees of the RAE team and shows a spirit of cooperation with others in the organization.
Work is performed in an industrial production area for a manufacturer of refrigeration and HVAC equipment. The employee is constantly exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is high in some areas. Exposed to extreme temperatures in both winter and summer. Possible stress caused by the pressure of meeting deadlines and product quality standards. Seasonal variations in hours worked based on production demands.
