Essential Duties
- Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments.
- Respond promptly and professionally to internet and inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
- Follow up with leads that are not yet ready to make an appointment or no-show.
- Coordinate follow-up with dealership associates and Sales Manager to ensure proper customer service / sales process.
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role.
