Delivery Associate

This is a Full-Time driver position with R.A.G.S. Express LLC (the “Company”) delivering packages for a national technology company!

Our ONLY Station Address: EDGEWOOD, MD

Delivery Associates strive to get every order to the customer’s door safely, accurately, and on-time. Part-Time driver position is also available.

• Salary: $19.25/hr
• Paid overtime
• Work days consist of 8 - 10 hour shifts beginning at 10:30 am (hours may be subject to change)
• 4-days work week (40 hours)

SIGN ON BONUS (How to check your pre-eligibility)

• Delivery Associates who are new to the DSP network
• Newly hired DAs to RAGS Express and has not executed routes or any other DSP within the past 90 days from the first day of the eligibility period of the bonus
• Sign on Bonus is not applicable to transferred DAs from another DSP

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle; follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and to communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a valid non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Test Screening
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• A Social Security Card or secondary form of identification required

HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1 WEEK to COMPLETE.It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver’s license.
