The Program Manager – Senior will use creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented problems. They will make decisions and recommendations that are authoritative and have an important impact on extensive organizational activities. In addition, the Senior Program Manager will set priorities and reconciles directions from competing interests, while working on programs with complex features.

Qualifications:

• Supervise several organizational segments or teams
• Recommend facilities, personnel, and funds required to carry out programs
• Oversee the technical, legal, and financial issues of an entire program
• Determine program objectives and requirements
• Develop standards and guidelines

Additional Information:

• Offered rate of compensation (California locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 / year.
