Responsibilities
● IT technical support (Service desk)
● Install and configure systems, networks and printers
● Installing and supporting Windows, MacOS and Linux based hardware and software
● Follow IT service management processes: Asset management, incident management, request
management and project management to end users and maintain high level of performance in
achieving service level agreements
● Troubleshooting and resolution of IT issues
● IT Documentation
Skills and Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, computer science or equivalent required
● 3 years of IT service desk experience
● Great verbal and written communication skills
● Diagnosing issues with computer software, peripherals and hardware
● Writing tutorials, documentation and training manuals
● Experience in IT service management frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
● Experience working within global team
● Ability to work independently on multiple projects at once
● Technical expertise and problem solving skills
● G Suite, Slack and Jira/confluence administration experience
Plus
● Experience with Active directory
● Experience with Jira/Confluence
● GSuite management
● Knowledge of Office 365 platform
