Job Description Development & Production Intern: This position is responsible for assisting the Development & Production team at ALLBLK with organizational and technical tasks related to our original, acquisition and feature titles. You would report to the SVP and Manager of the team with your primary responsibilities being reviewing and archiving deliverables for both new and returning titles on shift and frame.io. Facilitating with the needs throughout the development, production, post and delivery phase of a project. The key responsibilities and duties are as follows: Key Duties Responsibilities: Compile script notes Providing page specific notes for network approved series Scheduling calls with Licensors, Producers, Writers etc. for active and/or potential projects Updating production resources (i.e., producer, writer and talent contact information) and production calendar on airtable Uploading scripts, photography for originals and acquisitions (i.e., stills, BTS, screengrabs etc.) to shift Provide recaps from calls as needed Assist with updating weekly production reports for team call Research and compile information for festival packages The Company is committed to policy of nondiscrimination in its employment and personnel practices.
