What are the responsibilities and job description for the New Business Account Manager position at Rainbow Motor Sales?
We are looking to add a New Business Account Manager to our rapidly growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future. The ideal candidate will be well prepared for learning in all matters of the operation of our unique automotive business. You will have to be a competent leader able to provide guidance and assistance to our customers that enhances the store’s sales performance in a manner which incorporates the Rainbow Motor Sales vision and culture. The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company’s activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success, while maintaining high standard of ethics and business practices. Responsibilities
- Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Ensure the use of the company's suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
- Perform unsupervised work consistently improving efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
- Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and utilize tracking tools
- Assess individual overall performance against objectives
- Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
- Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines
Skills
- Experience as business manager, sales, or relevant role NOT NECESSARY
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Aptitude for understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
- Moderate knowledge of MS Office, and Mac databases/information systems
- Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
