Restoration Manager

Rainbow Restoration is actively hiring a Restoration Manager to help ensure the complete satisfaction of its clients in the Winterset, IA area.

Rainbow Restoration is a locally owned and operated franchise and has provided professional restoration services and carpet and air duct cleaning services, both commercially and residentially, to its clients since 2009.

As a Restoration Manager, you will oversee a team of project managers who are working to restore homes and commercial properties after a water, fire, smoke, or other damaging event.

Job Duties:

• Review job estimates of project managers for accuracy and completeness and ensure estimates meet company profit goals
• Review and manage the reconstruction job work schedule to ensure job completion dates are met, the daily routine of sub-contractors is optimal, and the workload of project managers is practical
• Provide frequent checks of job sites for quality assurance to verify the scope of work is being performed correctly, to company standards, and that sites are clean and neat leaving a first-class impression of our work
• Recruit and hire qualified and properly insured sub-contractors necessary for completing jobs
• Train, coach, and guide sub-contractors to provide friendly, timely, and thorough service in customers’ homes and businesses

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required
• Valid driver’s license, required
• 2 years of experience in the construction field
• 2 years of leadership experience
