The Project Manager at Rainier US is responsible for leading and managing environmental abatement projects, including asbestos, lead, mold, and biohazards. This role requires expertise in advanced abatement techniques, knowledge of regulatory compliance, and the ability to supervise complex tasks and teams effectively. Additionally, the role requires estimating for work to be sold and produced.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and perform advanced abatement tasks, including the removal and reapplication of insulating materials.
- Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and relevant state regulations.
- Manage and regulate Negative Pressure Enclosures and authorized access.
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
- Provide immediate advice and expertise to customers and establish a face-to-face relationship by responding to potential jobs in person (when possible).
- Develop estimates including creation of detailed and accurate diagrams in Xactimate along with detailed line items in Xactimate to submit for insurance and client review.

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Asbestos Abatement.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Washington State Asbestos Supervisor Certification with no violations.
- Valid Washington State driver's license.
- U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien status, or authorization to work in the U.S.
- Required to pass Lead Supervisor training and Hazwoper certification within the first six months of employment.
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
