Rainy Day Basement Systems is now looking for a full-time Appointment Center Representative. In this position you will be the “voice” of the company, guiding customers through the crucial first steps in their relationship with Rainy Day Basement Systems.

As a successful Appointment Center Representative, you are tactful and empathetic. You understand the emotional tie that comes with home repairs and improvement. You are reliable, punctual, and results-driven. You can multitask, but you know the importance of active listening. You have a keen eye for detail and value accuracy in your work.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cheerfully answer calls
  • Set sales appointments
  • Make out going calls to customers
  • Strong knowledge of customer service practices
  • Skill in operating personal computer and programs such as Excel, Word, and database software.
  • Skill in operating a multi-line phone system
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks
  • Ability to perform accurate data entry

Starting pay: $20.00 Per Hour Booker Bonus

Schedule: 40 hours per week
