The Facility is a not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital serving 15 communities with in the Kearsarge/Lake Sunapee region in central New Hampshire providing primary care and specialized clinical services in a patient and family centered environment.

As a strategic partner and member of Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health, NLH is able to bring health care experts into the community both in New London and at our Newport Health Center (NHC) so residents are not required to travel away from their home community to seek academic-level care. NLH currently offers nearly 20 specialty services with over 60% of providers dual-credentialed at both NLH and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC).
