Service Operations Coordinator - Handling

We’re looking for a Serive Operations Coordinator that will assist Coordinates RAKA’s service operations program administration and ensures all service contracts are entered, tracked, and managed appropriately.  Works with branch product support teams to ensure delivery of services are completed on-time to proactively reduce emergency maintenance or unplanned downtime for customer and RAKA owned equipment.

Essential & Primary Job Duties
•  Provide Sales Team with CSA quotes upon request.
•  Develops and delivers reports as requested to support visibility and monitoring of CSA performance, standard parts and labor, pricing, etc.
• Proactively oversees WIP balance and assist locations with aged invoicing issue closure.
•  Assists all locations with third party transactions for invoicing and compliance, as well as shared services to process internally for timely collection of payment owed.
• Verifies warranty and service contract coverage for assigned locations. Informs customers of any needed services, recalls, preventative or annual inspections due on equipment.
• Process telematics activations in our dealer service portals by assigning assets to the proper customer accounts. When notified by the Sales or Service Department that a new device needs to be activated, match Monitor and maintain Equipment Data Records, ensuring dealership, equipment information and customer information are all kept current.
