SUMMARY:
As a part of the Influencer Success Team, the Community Success Coordinator position plays a key role in supporting thousands of deals-savvy and lifestyle creators primarily in the Facebook and Instagram spaces.
Reporting to the Influencer Growth and Strategy leads, you will work in close liaison with Business Operations, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure support and visibility is provided to these Collective users to ultimately help their businesses and brand flourish.
This role will contribute to projects that streamline communication and build trust within our network of Facebook creators, support other team members in delivering high-quality service, and implement strategy focused on keeping these creators a valued pillar of Collective.
The ideal candidate is interested in the content creator space, is an analytical, patient, extremely detail-oriented, motivated, resilient, and empathetic worker who reaches solutions quickly and thoughtfully
Other essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate clearly and concisely on issues with speed to appropriate internal teams (Business Operations, Engineering, Business Development) across multiple time zones, via email, internal chat tools and other means as appropriate. Identifies high potential revenue drivers and creates programs to enable those bloggers to optimize and grow revenue at scale Assist members of the Influencer Success team with tasks related to creator management and special projects as assigned Use reporting tools to investigate and identify possible platform issues and communicate those effectively to creators Follow-through on all communications, tracking issues through to resolution to ensure nothing “falls through the cracks” Works cross functionally alongside Marketing to ensure that email, blog, Facebook and Instagram content accurately reflects the creators’ needs & that content addresses opportunities and challenges

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2-3 years of experience in related industry - customer service experience is a plus
