JOB SUMMARY:
As Financial and Incentives Analyst, you will be responsible for commissions and incentive programs, for both internal and external parties. This would include the accurate calculation of commission and incentive payments, delivery of accrual reporting, auditing to ensure data integrity, and assisting in maintenance of the systems used for commission and incentive calculations. This position will also assist in financial analysis, reporting, planning, and forecasting for Ralco and related entities. You must enjoy working in a fast-paced growing environment, thrive on managing multiple projects simultaneously, and utilize cross-functional relationships.
KEY WORK DUTIES AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Oversee commission and incentive programs to include calculations, delivery of accruals to accounting, communication of payments to Human Resources, communication with employees and third-parties, and auditing and maintenance of systems used for these calculations.
- Financial reporting of current and past data to provide insight and projections.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Prepare and complete ad-hoc project analysis, such as financial modeling.
- Evaluate and identify trends in financial performance to provide insight and recommendations to business leaders.
- Review external rebate and commission agreements for compliance and report on status of programs as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field preferred
Experience: 2 years in related field
Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Salesforce knowledge a plus.

Salary : $43,500 - $55,100
