The Raleigh House of Hope is a nationally recognized substance abuse treatment provider. Integrating traditional, holistic and experiential therapies, we support clients to actively participate in their recovery. The Raleigh House provides comprehensive services including medically supported detox, intensive residential treatment, and partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming.
The Raleigh House is seeking a Housekeeper to join our Watkins, Colorado Team! The Housekeeper must be able to work independently to assure the buildings, offices, rooms, and grounds are clean, sanitized and clutter free. This position will be responsible for a variety of general housekeeping standards and tasks.
Essential Functions:
- Clean and restock offices as well as common areas.
- Sanitize and clean bathrooms in office, residential, and other buildings.
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors.
- Complete laundry tasks for the kitchen and other departments.
- Emptying trash cans.
- Water indoor and patio plants.
- Assist to sweep walkways and tidy patios
- Assist with disinfection of common areas and offices
- Keep a detailed stock list.
- Report any maintenance and repairs needed.
- Approach clients and other employees in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
- Follow all HIPAA Guidelines.
Education and Other Employment Requirements:
- Experience in a medical setting or retirement home is preferred.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and have a reliable form of transportation.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours a day.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds at a time.
