Compensation
The range displayed reflects the range the company reasonably expects to pay for the position. The actual compensation offered to the selected individual(s) will depend on their relevant education, training, or experience, among other bona fide factors.
Expected Minimum Pay Rate
USD $59,300.00/Yr.Expected Maximum Pay Rate
USD $77,050.00/Yr.Responsibilities
Who You Are
As our Payroll Analyst, you will provide advanced preparation, reconciliation and analysis of payroll information and system data. In this role, you will serve as a primary resource to Finance, HR, IT and other functions for performance of specialized studies and the development of new processes and procedures impacting payroll and integrated systems. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate information is available to management for review, analysis and decision making and is trusted with highly confidential information. This job classification requires knowledge of payroll practices and procedures and the ability to accurately produce, analyze, and interpret a variety of payroll and financial documents and statements
What You Will Do
- You will perform account reconciliations/analyses and provides financial analysis and support.
- You will recommend, design, and implement ongoing improvements in processes and procedures for assigned functional area.
- You will perform special projects and ad hoc analyses.
- You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve problems related to payroll processes under area of responsibility.
- You will analyze payroll and financial reports. Research variances and anomalies.
- You will oversee all payroll taxes and year end processes.
- You will act as a point of escalation and resource to lessor experienced specialists and is technical resource to management. May lead projects or participate in larger project teams.

Must Haves
- Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or Business plus 3 to 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education, experience or training required.
- Technical payroll and administrative knowledge to conduct routine to complex analysis, prepare reports, monitor results and interpret information.
- Strong systems skills and personal computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Experience with PeopleSoft or ERP System.
- Ability to import large volumes of data from various sources and convert file formats to usable Excel format. Knowledge of VLOOKUP and Pivot tables is a plus.
- Ability to complete work in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ability to develop and present analysis and conclusions in a clear and concise format using charts and tables.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead project teams.
- Ability to relate well to others and maintain effective working relationships.
- Demonstrated organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
