Rally Camp Coach
Rally Camps operate camps around the San Diego area to boys and girls ages 4-13. Rally Camps enriches the lives of children through exceptional instruction, character development, and a unique experience that creates lasting memories. Rally Camps features five action-packed days of individualized instruction in multiple sports, swimming, crafts, and special events. Each day of Rally Camps features a personal character theme, teaching campers lessons that they can utilize off the field to become more outstanding young men and women.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers
- Manage and motivate campers to have fun each day of camp
- Execute Rally Camps Curriculum daily, under the direction of the Site Director
- Provide feedback and suggestions during drills and games
- Work together with other team members from various backgrounds to uphold the Rally Camps stellar reputation
Qualifications:
- Be prepared to make a commitment Monday-Friday for approximately eight hours per day, preferably for the following weeks:
- JULY 24 - 28
- JULY 31 - AUG 4
- AUGUST 7 - 11
- Be prepared to travel to site with reliable transportation of your own to one of our 2 locations:
- Serra Mesa Recreation Center
- Sherman Elementary School
- Be able to pass a comprehensive background screening
Compensation:
- Earn $17/hour worked
