What are the responsibilities and job description for the Winter Camp Counselor position at Rally Camps?
Rally Camps is now hiring for Coaches for our Winter youth camps in the LA Area.
Rally Camps feature five action-packed days of multi-sport individualized instruction, fun games, and special events for boys and girls ages 4-14 of all skill levels. Each camp session is a week long (Monday-Friday) from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, and each day features a personal character theme aimed at teaching life lessons through sports and other recreational activities.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers
- Manage and motivate campers to have fun each day of camp
- Execute Rally Camps Curriculum daily, under the direction of the Site Director
- Work together with other team members from various backgrounds to uphold the Rally Camps stellar reputation
- Motivate and create a fun environment for campers on a daily basis
Qualifications:
- Available December 18th- January 5th.
- Prepared to travel to site with reliable transportation of your own
- Be able to pass a comprehensive background screening
- Have child prior experience working with children ages 4-14
- Bonus: previous experience coaching sports or working at a camp

Schedule:
- This temporary coaching position is approximately eight hours per day, 2 or 3 weeks between December 18th and January 5th. The weekly schedule is 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM on Monday and 8:15 AM - 4:30 PM on Tuesday - Friday
