We utilize our proprietary Rally Lean System to keep our fleet partners on the road. We specialize in quality, fast paced, automotive body repairs on Fleet Vehicles.
Who You Are:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our dynamic team at Rally Fleet. The Inventory Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our body shop by managing the inventory of automotive parts and coordinating orders.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory.
- Regularly conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with suppliers to place orders.
- Track and manager order deliveries, keeping the production process on track.
- Communicate effectively with team members ensuring that parts are available when needed.
What You Need:
- Previous experience in a body shop or proven experience in a similar role.
- Coachability and motivation to learn.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects 20 – 75 lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
