Job Description
Assistant Store Manager assist the Store Manager team in creating the Rally House Retail Party Customer Experience. They lead in areas of customer service, visual presentation standards, receiving and inventory, payroll and operation expenses to achieve store goals.
They coach and develop team members on Rally House party culture and provide Team Sales Leads, Receiving and Inventory Specialist and Sales Associates daily direction and follow-up.
This position oversees keeping the store staff on task to complete daily projects. The Assistant Store Manager leads interaction with guests while managing the productivity of the team.
This position maintains an enthusiastic attitude, are detail oriented and are a sports fan.
This position is for individuals who have aspirations to transition to manager positions in the future.
Responsibilities
Staffing : shift management, leading others
Customer service : ensures customer remains the top priority
Delivery Results : inventory control, selling strategies
Merchandising : Meets Rally House visual standards; floor moves and merchandising; organizing, game-planning and execution

Qualifications
Sports enthusiast preferred.
Required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls;
reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
The position also requires the ability to work in, on, around, over and under fixed equipment and ladders.
