EBS is excited to expand the services we already offer to include group benefits. EBS is looking for the right Group Benefits Sales Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in group benefit sales with lives in the 50 to 150 life space. This position is ripe to expand your book of business while also expanding the product and services you already offer with direct access to EBS’s proprietary ezEBSenroll software.
This role will also be responsible for increasing sales of EBS’s proprietary ezEBSenroll software that includes online benefit enrollment, onboarding, ACA reporting, total compensation statements, and more.
This position will receive base salary, commissions on insurance products, incentive bonus for increasing software sales and a competitive benefits package.
Qualifications:
· Hold an active Life and Health Insurance License
· Proven track record in selling group benefit product
· Book of business in the 50 to 150 life space
· Knowledge of group insurance products, contracts and services
· Knowledge of group insurance underwriting principles, methodologies, and practices
· Ability to find, build and grow leads and customer base
· Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills
· Proven strength in building and maintaining long-term relationships
· A strong exemplary customer service ethic
· Proactively evaluate existing book of business for add issue opportunities that fit client’s needs
Compensation and Benefits:
· Salary - $45,000 to $65,000 (base)
· Additional compensation through commissions and incentive bonus
