Job Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for hiring strong candidates for a variety of positions in our rapidly growing, multi-state organization. We are seeking a hardworking, experienced professional to manage recruiting, hiring, and provide HR support for RAM Enterprise, Inc. A willingness to execute basic administrative tasks and to work closely with management is also required. This is an exempt, salaried position that reports directly to the Human Resources Director.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
RECRUITING
Responsible for interviewing, testing and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the Company
Assists in job posting and advertisement process
Screens applications and select qualified candidates
Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Assists with interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other hiring managers.
Review applicants in ATS to assess their qualifications and determine if they meet company and job specific requirements
Develop strong relationships and partnerships with hiring managers, industry contacts, trade groups and employees
Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
Responsible for writing and posting recruiting ads, and assist in writing job descriptions
Initiate pre-employment background checks, drug screening, and physicals.
Assist in providing lodging and travel needs of candidates when necessary.
Provide reports to management as needed
Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
HUMAN RESOURCES
Assist with new hire orientation programs when needed
Assist in writing and sending offer letters
Assist in writing and sending rejection letters
Interact with all company personnel in a pleasant, helpful and courteous manner
Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Draft memos and other company wide correspondence as necessary
Respond to employee questions/concerns
Requirements:
1-3 years of Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to Corporate staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
High level of attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and strong analytical skills
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Outlook, Excel and Word
Experience in mining, manufacturing, maintenance service and/or construction industry a plus
Must be organized and self directed, working with little or no supervision
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance
Comply with all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook
