Ram Precision Industries is a leading manufacturer of precision parts and components for a variety of industries. We are currently seeking a Quality Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the quality control and assurance processes within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure all products meet industry standards and customer requirements
• Train, supervise, and coach quality control inspectors and technicians to ensure accurate and consistent testing procedures
• Monitor and inspect production processes to identify and address any quality issues or deviations from standards
• Analyze quality data and reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and other departments to implement corrective and preventive actions as needed
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Keep up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve the quality management system
• Represent the company in customer meetings and audits related to quality control and assurance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and techniques
• Experience with ISO 13485
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
