What is the Pathways Trainee Program?*
The Pathways Trainee Program is an opportunity to learn the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) business, end-to-end, before engaging with customers as a Field Service Representative (FSR).
You will work full-time in our Fort Worth office during your first six months with Ram and train to become an FSR. You will have the opportunity to learn how each Ram department operates, including supply chain and account management. You will also receive personal and professional mentoring from our Executive Team. After six months, you will move into an FSR role at Ram. Re-location outside of Fort Worth may be required.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalence Certificate.
- A valid divers license with excellent driving record.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Experience working in an industrial environment.
- Experience working in the MRO industry.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
