• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents and their families. Address inquiries promptly, conduct informative facility tours, and establish strong relationships.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the nursing and administrative teams to coordinate admissions and ensure the highest level of care for each resident.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of admissions. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Community Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations to enhance referral networks.
