Float Director of Nursing (DON) Wanted!

We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our healthcare team as a Float Director of Nursing (DON). This is a unique opportunity for an experienced nurse to make a significant impact in the lives of our patients while furthering their career.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all nursing operations and ensure quality patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
  • Mentor and develop nursing staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Travel is a big part of this position
  • Willingness to commute between facilities

Requirements:

  • Active RN license
  • 2 years of experience in nursing leadership
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for improving patient outcomes
