Junior Business Learning Partner

The Business Learning Partner is a main advisor and proficient learning partner to the business units. The role is set for junior team members who are still growing into the role as a learning expert. The role is placed in the Learning & Skills Development team. The Junior Learning Partner collaborate with the L&SD team and stakeholders to secure a strategic and aligned approach towards upskilling and reskilling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a trust-based relationship with stakeholders in HR and business
• Advisor to HR and Business leaders on suitable learning solutions
• Help develop training plans
• Support and drive the global Learning agenda
• Utilize insights from LMS/LinkedIn to leverage data-drive decisions
• Promote global learning initiatives (EDI/Leadership development etc.)
• Share best practices within the Learning & Skills Development Team to secure strategic alignment across countries and markets

Key skills and competencies:

• Graduate or 1-2 years of experience working in HR
• Stakeholder Management
• Data Analytics
• Excellent Communication skills
• Global Mindset

Organization:?

• The Learning Partner is a global role within the Learning & Skills Development Team in the Global HR Service Delivery Organization
• The Learning Partner will also be working closely with the Global LMS Operations team.
• Main stakeholders will be Talent Development CoE alongside HR and Business leadership.
