AP/AR Assistant Position requirements:
- QuickBook Experience preferred
- Great customer service skills and courtesy
- Great communication skills
- Must be team player and self-motivated
- Have basic keyboarding and computer skills and ability to multi-tasking
- Be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Be able to read, interpret, understand, and fill out paper work
- Be able to pass a federal background check
- Multi-line phone experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Position requires prolonged periods of sitting, some standing, walking and some lifting; extensive keyboarding
