We currently have an opening for a Spa Director position.

Main responsibilities include the following

1. Hire, train, and develop an all star team to deliver a 5 start experience to guests.

2. Understand basic KPIs and deliver results

3. Lead by example

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (Required)
  • Management: 5 years (Required)
