This isn’t your typical Director of Finance role. Our company doesn’t do or leverage debt, and we were built on the financial principle that we move at the speed of cash. It’s our Director of Finance’s job to oversee a multi-faceted business with multiple P & Ls. The ideal candidate is an agile leader comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong skills and experience in the areas of financial strategy, analysis, forecasting, data strategy and daily operations.
What Winning Looks Like:
- Report monthly financial performance, review budgets, ensures we maintain strong financial position
- Leading and mentoring Accounting and Finance team members
- Oversee budget completion within timelines and communicate to key stakeholders
- Evaluate opportunities to make the process better/more efficient
- Manage financial reporting and ensure executive stakeholders have visibility into key reports and metrics they need to run their business and make good business decisions
Skills needed to win:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- 5 years of working experience in a financial role
- Experience with systems financial oversight and implementation preferred
- Excellent analytical skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability
$79,400 - $130,000/year* profit sharing benefits
*Range depends on level of skills and overall experience
