Shipping and Receiving

Hours for this position are Monday – Thursday, 5:00am – 3:30pm (through the end of 2024) with some overtime as business needs require.

The shipper is responsible for the accurate shipping of goods using multiple databases and shipping programs. Experience using UPS, FedEX, and other shipping methods desired.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare product for shipment.
• Prepare paperwork and ship.
• Inventory Control
• Ability and willingness to cross-train in all areas of the Materials Department
• Ability to become certified driving the forklift.
• Ability to become certified to access customer database systems. This will include an additional identification verification process.
• Predictable and reliable attendance.
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and produce quality work.
• Ability to behave respectfully and work collaboratively with co-workers, customers and vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Solid communication and organization skills.
• Able to perform verbal and written instructions.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. on occasion.
• Basic Knowledge of Windows based software.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• 2 years related experience.
