Video Editor & Digital Content Producer

Roles and Responsibilities
Randall Reilly is seeking a creative Video Editor/Videographer to take our video content to the next level, across all online digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, and is skilled at all aspects of the video process, from ideation to live shooting, scripting, editing, and over-seeing the whole video production.

• Produce, script, and edit short videos, focused on the trucking and construction industry
• Produce, shoot and edit - in office and in the field 
• Pitch and produce original videos, GIFs, and other original multimedia content daily for Randall-Reilly’s Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter channels
• Continually seek out creative concepts and innovative formats for development

Minimum Requirements:
• Portfolio of diverse video work that reflects creativity, storytelling skills, lighting skills, audio capture skills and music integration
• Proven experience with digital technology and any of the lead editing software (avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, Final Cut)
• Familiarity with special effects (including experience with After Effects)
• Ability to work collaboratively in small teams as well as independently
• Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Requirements:
• Familiarity with 360 video, 3D and compositing
• Experience integrating video with social media and mobile platforms
• Experience with a wide range of camera technology (camcorders, SLRs, mobile, GoPro)
• Experience with still photography and Photoshop, and Lightroom
• A degree in cinematography or related field is a plus

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $ 45,000/year or 22.77/hour. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
