As a Rana Furniture Display Coordinator, you'll be asked to :

• Design and implement eye-catching visual displays for in-store, window, and external exhibitions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency with branding and promotional strategies.
• Plan and execute seasonal changes and updates to visual displays.
• Oversee the installation of visual merchandising elements and displays.
• Maintain rug racks with current rugs according to the current schematic.
• Coordinates and displays accessories and accent pieces based on visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain the accessory tiered fixtures with the appropriate accessories.
• Follow the accessory correlations for all furniture categories.
• Train and guide staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
• Work with store managers to optimize product placement for increased sales.
• Ensure all visual displays are in line with health and safety regulations, including, but not limited to, Maintaining the 36" walkways through our stores.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and sales data to assess the effectiveness of displays.
• Liaise with vendors and external contractors when necessary for special projects.
• Coordinate with the buying and inventory teams to highlight featured products and new arrivals.
• Document visual display setups and create guidelines for replication in multiple store locations.

Job Requirements fo the Visual Coordinator Job :

• Bachelor's degree in visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in visual merchandising.
• Experience in planning and executing store layouts and window displays.
• Creative and artistic skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing needs and demands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
• Physical stamina to execute visual display installations may involve lifting, climbing ladders, and working with tools.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Proficient in English and Spanish .
