Ranch Hope is recruiting a onsite Clinical Supervisor for our residential treatment center located in Salem County, NJ. In this role you will be providing clinical oversight to our team of clinicians that are counseling youth who are in out of home placement receiving treatment for adverse childhood experiences that require treatment. You will be part of a treatment team which includes clinicians, a psychiatric APN, direct care staff and educators. Ranch Hope utilizes trauma informed care and the Nurtured Heart Approach. Position Summary:
Support the Core Values of Ranch Hope by upholding all standards relating to quality, partnership, integrity, empowerment, stewardship, safety and compassion. Responsible for supervision of clinical staff. Coach, train and guide staff in a manner that contributes to ongoing improvement. Work with other members of the team to ensure treatment goals are met.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of State and federal laws regarding client/student rights to privacy
Understanding of relevant reporting requirements for the State of New Jersey
Understanding and compliance with staff to resident ratios required by licensing
Understanding and compliance with all Ranch Hope policies and procedures

Duties & Responsibilities:
Clinical
· Oversee the planning, implementation and coordination of RTC treatment services
· Provide clinical supervision and assistance to licensed clinicians
· Educate staff on trauma informed care
· Ensure delivery of contracted services
· Ensure confidentiality standards are upheld with all clinicians
· Ensure timely tracking and submission of treatment records from all clinical staff
· Ensure established agency procedures are followed
· Responsible for ensuring that clinical standards are maintained for treatment planning, delivery or individual case management services, group and psychoeducational activities
· Responsible for overseeing admissions process and maintaining budgeted census
Education & Professional Experience:
· 3 -5 years of experience with a behavioral health setting and/or working with trauma youth
· Masters Degree in Psychology, Human Services, Sociology, Social Work or related field
· Minimum 3 Years supervisory experience
· Completion of Handle With Care training within first month of employment
Certifications/Licenses Required:
· LCSW
- Clinical Supervisor Certificate
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Valid Driver’s License

- Hearing and speaking to communicate effectively

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
