Job Summary
The SAP Analyst (ECP) entails producing and documenting business requirements, designing solutions of varying complexities, configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, conducting system integration testing, drafting user acceptance test scripts, coordinating testing with business partners, and troubleshooting production issues. The primary focus is to ensure the accuracy and sustainability of the ECP solution for weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll in the US, as well as other HR Year End activities and Projects. The ideal candidate possesses business acumen, application domain knowledge, and effective communication skills in technical and business contexts. Additionally, this role supports the payroll team by providing gap analysis, process definition, system enhancements, and responsive service for break-fix incidents and requests.

Responsibilities
- Set up and offer technical assistance for SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll, including payroll control center, and UKG Software for time management.
- Deliver prompt and exceptional support for production and integration challenges.
- Design, configure, and validate prototype and live payroll solutions to ensure smooth integration.
- Document existing process workflows and suggest enhancements for process optimization.
- Create business requirements and functional specifications for implementing changes or introducing new features.
- Possess 5 years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors ECP and associated functionalities, alongside robust analytical capabilities and comprehension of IT and software life cycle principles.
- Well-versed in global payroll business principles and requirements.
- Demonstrated proficiency in gathering requirements and converting them into functional and technical solutions.
- Capable of working collaboratively or independently to manage projects effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at navigating environments with multiple stakeholders across various levels.
- Skillful in driving decisions, achieving outcomes, and meeting deadlines while managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proactively approach problem-solving, proficient in identifying potential issues and addressing them preemptively.
- Experience level: Experienced
