Job Details
Looking for a candidate that has past, proven experience working with a business team and end users to gather requirements, refine requirements, and break requirements down for the development team. The ideal candidate must be able to quickly learn a complex business and have great communication and organizational skills. Previous experience in an agile environment on a scrum team is a must.

Essential Functions:

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures and quality standards
- Analyze business data to define and evaluate problems, and recommend software/hardware solutions
- Assist in the collection and consolidation of information and data required for project delivery and develop project requirements
- Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones and phases
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Perform Quality Assurance testing
- Coordinate final testing with users and verify IT systems satisfy user's requirements
- Interviews internal Subject Matter Experts to understand work functions and processes and gather information
- Writes detailed procedure documents based on discussions with process owners
- Develop materials to document operational end-to-end process flows
- Help design, document and maintain system processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve simple inquiries and requests from internal and external clients.
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to improve efficiencies
- Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems and recommending actions.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- Additional preferred (not required) qualities/experiences:
- Experience in Data Warehouse, PowerBI and Azure data models/processes.
- Experience leading IT requirements gathering sessions (listed in JD).
- Experience reviewing large amounts of data and being able to pull KPIs to report on.
- Insurance, Contract Administration, and Finance backgrounds preferred.
